Who comes to Meadow

Most clients arrive uncertain whether psilocybin therapy is the right step. That uncertainty is expected.

  • Treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, or burnout
  • Grief, trauma, or a life transition that hasn't resolved on its own
  • A search for purpose, spiritual depth, or clarity about what comes next
  • Chronic pain or illness with a psychological dimension

Psilocybin therapy isn't right for everyone, and we're honest about that. The discovery call exists to find out, safely and without pressure.

Frequently Asked Questions

I don't live in Oregon. Can I still work with you?

Yes. Most of our clients are from out of state.

All psilocybin sessions must legally take place in Oregon, but everything else (health intake, preparation, and integration, etc.) is done virtually. You’ll fly to Portland for your guided journey, and we help you plan timing, lodging, and logistics.

How much does it cost?

Our pricing depends on the package you choose. Because each client’s needs and level of care vary (preparation, session type, integration support, etc.), we provide a custom quote during your Consultation Call. We share a detailed cost breakdown and payment plan, so you know exactly what to expect — no surprises.

Do you accept insurance?

No, since psilocybin services are not yet covered under standard health insurance, all our offerings are paid privately. We believe in transparent pricing and give you a detailed cost and payment plan upfront so you know exactly what to expect. In our humble opinion, the best investment you can make is in your mental health.

Which medical conditions would disqualify me from a macrodose psilocybin journey?

Serious psychiatric conditions:Bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, any past psychosis or mania, recent psychiatric hospitalization, active suicidal intent, severe personality disorder, or a first-degree relative with psychotic disorder.

Serious medical conditions:recent heart attack or stroke (within 6 months), unstable heart disease or severe arrhythmias, aneurysms, uncontrolled high blood pressure, uncontrolled seizures, advanced neurodegenerative disease, end-stage liver disease, end-stage kidney disease, severe respiratory disease, active cancer on chemotherapy, or an active eating disorder with BMI <18.

Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should also abstain.

If none of these apply to you, you’re typically eligible to move through our screening process.

Which medications am I not allowed to take?

We do not work with clients who are on the following medications:

  • Antipsychotic medication (e.g., Seroquel, Abilify, Zyprexa, Risperdal, Latuda, Geodon, Clozapine, etc.)
  • Mood stabilizers (e.g., Lithium, Depakote, Lamictal, Tegretol, Trileptal, Topamax)
  • Daily benzodiazepines (Xanax, Ativan, Klonopin, Valium, etc.)
  • MAO inhibitors
  • Tricyclic antidepressants (e.g., amitriptyline, nortriptyline, mirtazapine)
  • Nightly sleep medications (Trazodone, Ambien, Lunesta, hydroxyzine)
  • Chronic opioid therapy
How do I get started?

The first step is to schedule a Discovery Call here on our website. On this call, you’ll go through a safety and eligibility screening. If you are a candidate, you will then be offered to schedule a full complimentary Consultation Zoom session.

Every journey startswith the firststep.
