Evelyn Cushing

Evelyn is a licensed Psilocybin Facilitator, Preparation, and Integration Coach, and currently serves as the Lead Facilitator at Meadow, where she has guided over 150 clients through transformative healing experiences. A graduate of the Changa Institute, she brings 25 years of personal and professional experience with psychedelics to her practice, helping individuals navigate expanded states of consciousness and integrate their journeys through deep therapeutic work.

She holds a degree in Social Sciences from Portland State University, where she studied psychology, sociology, anthropology, and philosophy. Her holistic approach is informed not only by her academic background but also by years of mentorship with experienced guides, indigenous leaders, and her mother—a classically trained therapist. These diverse influences have shaped her core philosophy of “radical acceptance,” a deep embrace of the full spectrum of human experience.

Evelyn’s methodology blends eastern philosophy, evolutionary psychology, and the wisdom gained from her own personal healing journey—including overcoming addiction, depression, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD through plant medicine.

She believes that all feelings are sacred and worthy of attention. By learning to listen to, honor, and process these emotions, individuals can unlock profound healing and growth. Her mission is to help others interpret the insights revealed through psychedelic experiences and support them in becoming more authentic, empowered versions of themselves.
