As a licensed psilocybin facilitator and psychotherapist, Arah provides compassionate, knowledgeable, and trauma-sensitive psilocybin facilitation to support personal growth and development, help catalyze healing, and assist individuals to live with more vitality, meaning, wonder and joy. She was honored to be among the first licensed facilitators here in Oregon. She has supported hundreds of individuals and groups in her role as a facilitator. In addition, Arah is a licensed professional counselor of over 20 years. She is also a mother to teens/young adults who keep her humble. She considers herself a lifelong learner, exploring various paths of healing and development over decades in a variety of professional and personal ways. 

Arah has a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and postgraduate training in secular Buddhist psychology, humanistic/existential therapy, specialized therapy with adoptive families, trauma training, couples therapy, and more. She has found psilocybin to be an incredibly helpful ally in her own healing of early trauma and loss. In expanded states, she has experienced a depth of belonging, security, and love that has been profoundly supportive, increasing her sense of gratitude, wonder, and awe for this precious life. Curiosity and compassion are her trusted companions in her work with clients.
