Dr. Kelly Prill is a licensed naturopathic physician, clinical neuroscientist, and psilocybin facilitator with over two decades of clinical experience. Her path into medicine was about understanding why people don't heal, and what actually needs to be present for them to do so.
Her training spans naturopathic medicine, herbal and physical medicine, and post-doctoral work in functional neurology, giving her a rare ability to read the body as a whole system. But what has shaped her most is not what she studied, but what she has lived. She has moved through divorce, betrayal, burnout, solo parenting, and emotional abuse, and rebuilt herself not by pushing through, but by learning to listen inward. That experience lives in the room with her.
Kelly holds psilocybin medicine with deep reverence. She understands it as a teacher that requires real preparation, a worthy container, and support that does not end when the session does. At Meadow Medicine, she offers tapering consultation and microdosing support for people navigating this work, bringing her full clinical background together with a quality of presence that is rare in medical spaces. She does not approach this work from a distance. She has been in the tender, uncertain place that healing asks you to enter, and she knows what it means to need someone who will not flinch.
She will not push you toward an outcome or rush you toward resolution. She will help you understand what your body is telling you, stay close through the hard parts, and trust the pace that is actually yours. For clients who have never felt fully safe in a clinical relationship, who have learned to minimize themselves or perform being fine, Kelly offers something different. A space where being honest about where you are is not only acceptable, it is the whole point.
Her work is grounded in the belief that being deeply held is not a bonus feature of healing. It is the condition that makes it real.
