1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, enrolling in any program, scheduling services, or otherwise using Meadow’s offerings (collectively, the Services), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
The Services are intended only for individuals who are at least 21 years old. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
3. Educational Purpose Only — No Medical Care
All content, coaching, educational materials, events, podcasts, and communications provided by Meadow are intended solely for educational, informational, and personal development purposes.
Meadow:
Does not provide medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis or treatment
Is not acting as a healthcare provider through this website or coaching services
Does not provide medical advice
Nothing provided through the Services should be interpreted as medical or mental health treatment. Always consult qualified licensed professionals regarding health concerns.
4. Nature of Coaching Services
Some Services may include coaching sessions or related programs facilitated by Meadow-affiliated providers.
Coaching services:
Are collaborative personal-development processes focused on growth, insight, habit change, and integration
Are not psychotherapy, counseling, or clinical treatment
Do not involve diagnosis or medical care
Are not substitutes for licensed mental health or medical services
Individual outcomes vary. Participation in coaching involves personal responsibility for decisions, actions, and results.
Facilitators providing coaching services may be independent contractors affiliated with Meadow. Financial arrangements are handled directly through Meadow.
5. Program Participation Expectations
Participants engaging in coaching or educational programs are expected to:
Participate honestly and respectfully
Take responsibility for personal decisions and outcomes
Engage in self-directed growth and follow-through
Meaningful progress depends on individual effort and readiness.
6. Coaching Session Logistics
Where coaching sessions are provided:
Sessions typically last about 60 minutes unless otherwise specified
Sessions may occur virtually (video/phone) or in person
Sessions generally begin and end on schedule
Late Arrivals
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be treated as canceled sessions.
Rescheduling
At least 24 hours’ notice is typically required to reschedule sessions. Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of that session.
Between-Session Communication
Limited email or text support may be available at Meadow’s discretion during active program participation.
7. Confidentiality
Meadow aims to maintain confidentiality of participant communications, subject to legal obligations such as:
Risk of harm to self or others
Mandatory reporting requirements
Court orders or legal compliance
Participants agree not to distribute Meadow’s proprietary educational materials, methods, or program content without written permission.
8. Payments and Fees
Where paid Services are offered:
Fees, billing schedules, and program inclusions will be disclosed before purchase
Payment is generally due at the beginning of each billing period unless otherwise stated
Meadow separately compensates facilitators where applicable
Specific refund or cancellation policies may apply to individual programs and will be provided at enrollment.
9. User Conduct
Users agree not to:
Use the Services for unlawful purposes
Interfere with site functionality or security
Copy or distribute content without authorization
Misrepresent identity or eligibility
Meadow reserves the right to restrict access for violations.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, materials, branding, audio/video content, educational materials, and program resources are the property of Meadow Holdings LLC unless otherwise noted.
Use is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes unless written permission is granted.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meadow Holdings LLC and its officers, employees, contractors, facilitators, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
Direct or indirect damages
Consequential or incidental damages
Losses arising from participation in coaching, educational programs, events, or website use
Participation in Services is voluntary and at your own discretion.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meadow Holdings LLC, its affiliates, contractors, facilitators, and employees from claims or liabilities arising from:
Your use of the Services
Violation of these Terms
Misuse of educational or coaching materials
13. Modifications to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
